​ Celebrity, bridal & editorial makeup and hair styling service to bring your vision to life. 

​· Any booking of production, fashion show, corporate event or red carpet makeup and hair styling service is by appointment only, confirmed via signed contract

· A non-refundable deposit (usually 50% of the total service fee) is required to secure your booking

· This deposit secures a commitment of a minimum number of clients for your event; any cancellation or reduction in group size below this minimum will incur full liability for the minimum fee

· Deposit is non-refundable & any cancellation needs to have the following notice:

Less than 60 days cancellation notice = 100% of total estimated fee

60–89 days cancellation notice = 75% of total estimated fee

Over 90 days cancellation notice = 50% Deposit will be retained 

· If the client changes the service date(s) after the contract has been signed, 50% of the service fee will be charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit

· If the event is rescheduled due to bad weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning), 50% of the service fee will be charged

· If the event is canceled for any reason, including bad weather, the full service fee will be charged

· All transport fare will be paid by clients for all stylists & transport receipts (Uber, taxi or ferry) will be provided after the service has been conducted

· Any OT (overtime): HK$1,080 per 30 minutes | HK$1,680 per 60 minutes​​

· Photos taken by Ka Lam or KALAMAKEUP team maybe used for updating our online portfolio and if you do not wish any of your photos on social media, please let us know beforehand
