From an intimate 20-person corporate shoot to a 100+ guest fashion show, Ka Lam leads a team of up to 50 professional stylists delivering consistent, on-schedule hair and makeup across Hong Kong, Macau and China.
With experience across fashion shows, editorial shoots, TV commercials, concerts and international campaigns, Ka Lam has collaborated with brands including Cartie, Van Cleef & Arpels and La Perla and worked with talent such as Nicole Scherzinger, Lily James, Solange Knowles, Ricky Martin, Backstreet Boys and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
We work directly with producers, planners and brand teams to confirm headcount, timing and looks in advance, then arrive fully set up on-site with a team scaled to your schedule — whether that means one artist per model or a full backstage crew working to a strict call time.

HOW LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL BOOKING WORKS
1. Consultation & brief
— We start with a call to discuss your event, the look you're going for, and any brand or production guidelines. Group sizes, timing and call schedules are confirmed at this stage.
2. Custom quote
— We provide a full, itemized quote covering artist fees, team size, and — for overseas or Macau/China bookings — flights, accommodation and ground transport, based on your location and headcount.
3. Team & logistics
— Ka Lam leads a team scaled to your event, from a single artist to a full crew of up to 50, arriving fully set up and ready to work to a strict call time, whether on-site in Hong Kong or on location abroad..
4. On-the-day coordination
— We work directly with producers, planners and brand teams to confirm running order and timing in advance, so every model, talent or guest is ready exactly when needed.
5. Booking lead time
— Larger productions and events should be confirmed at least 4–6 weeks ahead; for overseas bookings, we recommend 8–10 weeks to allow time for travel planning. Urgent local bookings can often still be accommodated — just reach out.
