Kalam has been a professional makeup artist since 2004. For more than 2 decades, she has helped more than 850 brides on their weddings. She has been credited as one of the Top Five Wedding Makeup Artists by Sassy HK and Top 10 Makeup Artists in HK by Dervla Louli. Her bridal work is also featured on SCMP, Sassy HK and HK Magazine.

Besides,, she has worked with fashion brands such as Valentino, Lanvin, Nine West, Kate Spade,etc for their fashion shows and shoots. She has worked with international celebrities such as Nicole Scherzinger, Solange Knowles, Lily James, Liu Wen, Rose McGowen, Lily Allen, Ricky Martin, Backstreet Boys, John Mayer, Paul Potts, Joe Manganiello, Jason Mras, Elle King, Russian Red, Kathy Ireland, Victoria Secret's Angels Josephine Skriver and Martha Hunt and one of the world's most famous makeup artists Charlotte Tilbury. Her work has appeared in prestigious fashion magazines such as Elle Indonesia, Marie Claire HK, HK Tatler, Cosmopolitan HK and many more.

Kalamakeup Bridal Makeup & Hair Packages and Trial Details for 2024 & 2025

BRIDAL MAKE UP & HAIR STYLING PACKAGES FOR WEDDINGS IN 2024 & 2025

Package A : Full Day (10 hours) - HKD18,880
- Makeup & hair styling for bride (max. 4 looks) by Kalam
- Constant touch up for the bride
- 10 hours can be separated into 2 sessions: Morning (2 hours) + Afternoon (8 hours)

Package B : Half Day (8 hoArs) - HKD16,880
- Makeup & hair styling for bride (max. 3 looks) by Kalam
- Constant touch up for the bride
- 8 hours can be separated into 2 sessions: Morning (2 hours) + Afternoon (6 hours)

Package C : AM or PM session (4 hours) - HKD10,880
- Makeup & hair styling for bride (max. 2 looks) by Kalam
- Constant touch up for the bride
- 4 hours CANNOT be divided into any sessions:
Either Morning (4 hours) or Afternoon (4 hours)

Package D : 1 application (1.5 - 2 hours) - HKD3,580 at KLM or HKD3,880 on location
- 1 application of makeup & hair styling for the bride by Kalam without touch up
- Suitable for wedding registration ceremony or pre wedding shoot
- Touch up is NOT included and for 1 touch up / change of look service after the first application, it will be an additional HKD2,080 plus all the transportation fee

Bridal Trial : 2 different makeup & hair styling looks (approximately 2 hours) - HKD2,280
- To secure the trial day, please transfer half of the trial fee (HKD1,140)

- PayMe or FPS at +852 9757 4220
- Full trial fee HKD2,280 will be waived for Package A only if booking is confirmed on the trial day
with payment of ½ package fee as deposit
- Half trial fee HKD1,140 will be waived for Package B, C, E & F if booking is confirmed on the t
trial day with payment of ½ package fee as deposit

For all Packages:

· Additional makeup & hair styling for mother, mom-in-law, maid of honor, bridesmaids or any relatives (in Hong Kong weddings):

- HKD1,680 per person; HKD1,380 each for more than 4 people by Kalamakeup Team

· Fake individual or full lashes will be provided

· Cosmetics/skincare and hair products brands used:

Addiction, ASEOP, Armani Beauty, Anastasia BeverlyHills, Becca, Benefits, Charlotte Tilbury, Clé de PeauBeauté, Chaos, Hourglass, Lime Crime, Loreal, M.A.C., Nars, Nude Stix, NYX, Pat McGrath Labs, Tatcha , YSL, etc.

· Any booking of our makeup and hair styling service is by appointment only

· Hair wash is NOT included & provided; hair styling on clean dry hair

· Please come with bare face before the makeup application

· Deposit is non-refundable & any cancelation or change of booking date needs to have the

following notice:

Within 1 month cancellation notice = 100 % FULL service fee
Within 3 months cancellation notice = 75% of service fee
Over 3 months cancellation notice = 50% Deposit will be retained

· All transportation fare will be paid by the clients for all the makeup artists & transportation receipts (either via Uber or taxi, ferry) will be provided after the service has been conducted

· An additional HKD1,080 per makeup artist will be charged for the early arrival before and at 8 A.M.

· An additional HKD2,080 per makeup artist will be charged for the early arrival before and at 6 A.M.

· Any overtime is HKD1,080 per half an hour (30 minutes) and HKD1,680 per hour (60 minutes)

· Photos taken by Kalam or Kalamakeup team maybe used for updating our online portfolio and

if you do not wish any of your photos on social media, please kindly let us know beforehand

Kalam did my makeup and hair for two of my wedding events in November. I was extremely happy with the looks. She is very easy to work with, helpful, cheerful and also accommodating. I had some sensitivity to eye makeup that was used at the trial session, and she promptly bought special makeup to ensure that it wouldn't happen to me on the big day(s).The only advice that I would give is: on the event day, it would be helpful to spend a couple of minutes at the start of the makeup session to discuss the looks/style, to ensure we are on the same page - especially if the trial was a few months prior to the event.I would recommend her services unreservedly to all my friends.

The studio provided me with a comfortable experience for my wedding make up trial. My final look was executed with a high level of professionalism and speed which resulted in the natural look I wanted for my special day. Kalam shows true passion and love towards her work which makes the whole experience most enjoyable. My friends and family who have used her have also been very satisfied. Kalam is a very professional and passionate make up artist! I've had her do my make up many times whether it's for weddings or for a Halloween party, and am always very satisfied every time and always got lots of compliments! I've recommended many friends and family to her and all have enjoyed their 'beautifying' experience with her! Definitely the best in Hong Kong!!
